At Colorful Quilting, I am committed to your satisfaction. I will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item and most non-defective items, provided that you return them in the same state in which you received them (must NOT be washed, no cigarette or other odours, etc). Returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues.
All sales from our Clearance Categories are FINAL; NO Returns are accepted. Cut-to-order fabrics cannot be returned, as once they are cut, it is difficult to resell.
If an item is incorrect or defective, you will be issued with a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.
If you purchase an item and decide that it is not what you wanted, you may return it and have it replaced with another item of the same value.
